How long does delivery take?
Orders normally take about 2-3 weeks to arrive in the US and Europe, and 3 to 4 weeks to arrive in other countries. Do bear in mind that processing times of 5-15 business days are counted separately, and must be added to the Shipping times to get the total time taken to receive your order.

What does shipping cost?
As you order handmade goods, we recommend that you refuse normal free shipping in favor of faster and more accurate delivery. We usually use companies like DHL. Shipping costs and customs duties are borne by the buyer.

Can I change/cancel an order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it once 12 hours has passed. Thus, if you would like to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible.

Which payment options do you provide?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. In some cases, we also accept payments through other transfers, depending on the country of residence of the customer and payment restrictions. If you have any difficulties with payment of the order or you want to offer your payment option, write in support of sales@kamobox.com, and we will help you.

Why have I not received an order confirmation?
Always be sure that your email address is correct as an incorrect email address is the most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation. It may also be that your email provider has a SPAM filter that blocks certain emails. As such, please kindly check your Spam/Junk folder to see if our emails have ended up there. If you are still unable to find it, please contact customer service to check that your order has gone through.

Can I return an item?
Yes, absolutely! For more information, please do check out our return policy page by clicking on the 'Return Policy' link at the bottom of any page.

Do you restock items once they have been sold out?
It depends on the particular item. If it is a product that comes from our regular range it is most likely that it will be re-stocked. If there is a specific product that you are seeking, then please do get in touch with our customer service team at sales@kamobox.com and we will check this for you. However, most of the times once an item is sold out, we do not stock it again.

What countries do you ship to?
We deliver to most of the countries. If you pay in one country, and the delivery address is specified in another country, we have the right to ask you a few questions and request additional documents proving your identity in order to avoid fraud. Thank you for understanding! We are for long-term and honest cooperation with you!

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at sales@kamobox.com immediately. We generally begin to process orders within 5-15 business days, and once our warehouse has started processing your order, we will not be able to make any changes.
